Do you at the end of some days wonder whether you are overpaid? I mean, for the amount of work that you do? I have.
Every firm that I know is run with people like us. Most people spend their days going through the motions of work - pointless meetings that drag on for hours, devious politicking internally and so on. But on some days some people actually manage to get something done that moves us forward. Otherwise we'd all have probably been still waking up and going out clubbing (something) to death to earn breakfast.
