Here are the questions and here are my answers:
1. Films I own - Excluding the ones I've copied/pirated from Kraz and other sources, I own Wall Street, Natural Born Killers (You guessed right, I am an Oliver Stone fan), Kill Bill 1 & 2 (a Tarantino fan as well), and Romeo + Juliet
2. Last Film I bought - Romeo + Juliet. Just a couple of days back when i got my latest paycheck ;-)
3. Five films that I watch a lot or mean something to me
- The Beach - Now b4 everybody goes "WHAT!!!", let me say that it appeals to me because of the characters. And I haven't managed to get my hands on the book yet - so I don't know whether people who trash the movie as "a disgrace to the book" are right. But I hadn't liked DiCaprio after The Titanic (which IMHO was a Titanic let down). The Beach and The Aviator were what changed my opinion of him. Btw - all three movies have "The" in their title. Coincidence?
- Run Lola Run Absolutely fab concept. And gr8 entertainment. Rippin' - in short. And makes you wonder, "if I'd done that differently, would I be somewhere else, with somebody else, or even be somebody else..."
- Good Morning Vietnam Loved Robin Williams and this and became a lifelong fan. This was his 1st movie that I'd watched. A very different look at the Vietnam war. Something that reminds you that both sides were human.
- The World According to Garp Another fave Robin Williams movie. One of those rare movies that is a good adaptation of a book. In fact so good that I wonder which I like more!
- The Doors Val Kilmer is brilliant as Jim Morrison. He is so damn good that you'd find it difficult to believe that it isn't really Jim Morrison. A must see for anybody who at least likes Jim Morrison
Now to complete the game, I've got to pin the tag onto 5 people. I'm gonna play safe and pin it on people who have the least likelihood of skinning me alive for it ;-)
Hope none of you guys get mad at me. Anybody who is, I blame Kraz who tagged me ;-)

the Beach ? the movie is not even a blot on the book ( i hope that came out as i meant it , as in book-wow-movie-ew )
Like i'd said, i haven't read the book. Not been able to find it whenever i've had the money to buy it. The one time i did spot it, I was flat broke ;-) So i wouldn't know if the movie was bad compared to the book. For someone who hasn't read the book, the movie seemed to be pretty good in parts
actually i much prefer the film to the book - there are some things that come out better visually, just as there are somethings better written. i thought the video game sequence in the film was awesome - don't remember if that bit was in the book, but the feeling must have been and that feeling was translated on screen most effectively.
i just wanted to tell you that i played along! then saw the comments and got talking..
