Turned out to be a real barrel of laughs. Included were such gems like "We do not have complex heirarchies or beauracracies that drive up cost", "Competetiveness is not a core focus of traditional firms". God help clients who hire these guys as consultants. They can't even give "good gyan" ;-)
The difference between 1st class and 2nd class in Mumbai trains: In 1st class you don't get the stink of sweat because most people use deodrants.
